[819] Seems there is some confusion as to which Stephen Handspiker was the father of Winburn Haley. Depending on source, it's either Stephen Seymour (Seymour Stephen) and Freida Gallant, or, it's Stephen Handspiker and Cassie Parker. I don't deny there COULD be two of this name, but I find that HIGHLY unlikely. For now, I'm listing him with both sets of parents. Once any more information is FOUND on Winburn, it should make it easy to "place" him in the right group.
