Often seen as John Chesley, as well. 1901 Census b.d. listed as 13-Jun-1857(possible typo?). Charlotte Vardy's manuscript indicates he died 10-Mar-1941 at Mount Pleasant. Burial records and gravemarker show b.1853. Same 1901 Culloden Census shows a daughter Mary, as born 15-Dec-1888. Could this be the same daughter listed here as Mae Meretha Handspiker?

Not sure how he's related to the other Henselbeckers, but based on date of birth, and listing country as Germany, suspect NOT a son of Henry (the 1st), despite the date being a good fit. MAY be a cousin??? ONLY record, to date (Mar-2003) is from 1900 Cenus record, below:

Since this seems to be the only record of this family, suspect surname incorrectly spelled/transcribed, or, family didn't remain in US. One would suspect the same family would have appeared, with eldest daughter, somewhere in the 1880 US Census.
