[814] Sadie, dau. of David and Lilly, appears in 1901 Culloden Census, as 15 years of age. Along with her sister, Alice, age 35. So, Sadie may indeed be another daughter of David and Rebecca, and David may NOT have had any children with Lillie/Lilly. As Rebecca lived until 1893, and this information indicates Sadie was born about 1886, it would lead one to believe she was Rebecca's and not Lilly's daughter. Of course, that depends on true date of birth. There's the chance that "Sadie May K" was born to Lilly, but Sadie was born to Rebecca (may have died before 1902? No idea. Also, if 1902 is some sort of baptismal date, the 1885 birth date would still "ring true."

FREDERICK BURPEE HANSELPACKER (M), JOHN HANSELPACKER, SARAH BURPEE, 06 May 1892, SCOTCHTOWN, QU, F18782 #1892-H-21
Birthdate in 1901 Census is 5-May-1893.
The mention of a "Fred Hanselpacker" in the following excerpt from New Brunswick Regulation 85-6, is interesting. Though dated 1985, it may be referring to the property of THIS "Fred" or, possibly Frederick Eugene?
New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 - Municipalities Act - 28-Jan-1985
(Order Number 67(2))
67(2) The territorial limits of Village of Harvey are as follows:
That portion of the parish of Manners Sutton, in the County of York, beginning at the northeast corner of the property owned or previously owned by Maurice Lister on the western side of the main highway; thence westerly along the northern boundary of the said Maurice Lister's property, two hundred rods, or 1005.840 metres; thence at right angles until it strikes the Harvey Lake Cove at a certain point; thence following the shore of the cove to the northern side of the cottage owned or previously owned by Marvin Smith; thence northeasterly across Lake Road to the northeastern side of the buildings owned or previously owned by Fred Hanselpacker; thence easterly to a point opposite the eastern side of the house owned or previously owned by Edwin Henry; thence southerly crossing the main highway and continuing in that direction till it strikes the Canadian Pacific Railway; thence southwesterly till it strikes a point opposite Maurice Lister's northern boundary one hundred and fifty rods, or 754.380 metres, distant; thence westerly crossing the main highway to the place of beginning.
In the 1900 Census, "Fred" is listed as being 8 years of age, but born 05-May-1898. Since all other sources point to 06-May-1892, am leaving it as such. The 8 years of age is more accurate, in this case, than the year listed.

Two suspect parentage links:
Jeremiah Sabin (b. 26-Aug-1703 - Rehoboth, MA, USA) and Mary Abbott
or
Jeremiah Sabin (b. 11-Mar-1684 - Roxbury, MA, USA) and Abigail Davis
My own, personal opinion, is that there was a Jeremiah born in 1717, who was likely son of Jeremiah b. 1684 in Roxbury, and one born later, who was baptised around 1730, born to the Jeremiah b. 1703. Only a theory, but one worth entertaining.
Was he TRULY 98 years of age at time of death? If so, then the first b.d. (1717) should "hold fast". Whereas, if he was closer to 85, the second b.d. (1730ish) is correct. Also, which Jeremiah (1717 or 1730ish?) marry in 1746? If 1730 date is closer to 1729, age 17 at marriage is surely not unheard of, whereas if he were 29, possibly a bit old for marrying??? Tight dates, here.
