[242] Is often listed as child of Alphaeus Handspiker/Hanselpacker. However, she never appears in official family records. This is not uncommon, due to both John Phillip and Alphaeus Phillip being listed in similar records as Phillip. Middle names tend to be a real problem with this line!!! ANYWAY, the Emma usually listed as daughter of Alphaeus is said to have died in 1933, and been married to JESSE Thibeau/Thibault.

DOB doesn't match well with 1881 Census, but Census data has also not been too consistent, so leaving full DOB in place.
LDS Records indicate the Elmina who married Albert VanTassel was born 1857 at Broad Cove, Digby, died 1946, at Hallifax, buried 1946 at Digby. Parents Charles and Mary Stark. That she married, probably 2nd, to George Chandler (I have "Shambler").
