[1606] Have reason to suspect a connection between Margaret and Ellen Handspiker (b. 1879/1880). Margaret was born in Massachusetts, and John born in NS. Ellen is listed as a Niece-in-Law of a Mr. Coughlin (possibly, if Ellen is child of John and Margaret, she was in the care of Margaret's aunt, who was married to Mr. Coughlin???) I know it's a longshot, but they are the only Handspiker families in the Boston area in 1880. Both of Margaret's parents were born in Ireland.
