Have two sources with different birth months of April and August.
Eva might have been married before John Gavel, as she is said to have had a son named Charles Amero. Is this the same Charles, listed last among her children with John? Or, did Charles Amero die young, before Charles Gavel was born? Or was he listed as Amero in some record, purely by accident? Either way, he predeceased his mother, as the following obit indicates:
1976 Aug. Digby Courier - Mrs John Gavel

She was predeceased by her husband , John and a son CHARLES. The body was at Jaynes Funeral Home, Digby.
