Again, back to Tim Stuart's Saulnier pages on Ancestry World Tree to find the following OTHER Joseph (this one married an Elizabeth Raymond. Unless later proof is found that show Joseph married twice, believe them to be two separate individuals. Since the baptism date listed below for Joseph Alexander is in July, and Joseph who married Mary was BORN in December of the same year, there can't even be the mistake of July birth and December baptism. Here's the "other" Joseph's info :

Could Tursay, Tirza, Terzah, etc, be seen as Lucey? She was, after all, referred to as "Larsey" in the 1861 Cambridge Parish Census. Indications are that Lucey (who never appears TOGETHER with Tursay, etc, in the same Census) was born the same year as Tirza, my thinking is that they may have been twins, might have been born at opposite ends of the year, or, best likelihood, that someone has misread documents written in poor handwriting. If you see the name as Lucey or Tursay, there could easily be some confusion. Tirza, on the other hand, would not be a means of confusing with Lucey, but likely with Tursay.
Based on 1901 Census for St. John, may not have been around at that time? OR, is the comment under Hiram (husband's) notes about David H. correct? Was she alive and he going by his middle name? IF so, Cora and Nellie are not her daughters.
A full listing of the David (O.) Farris family in the 1901 Census for QUEENS County follows:
David O., head, age 47, entry 29 (T-6444, 22-I, 5, 29, 53)
Thursey?, wife, age 38, entry 30
Lee, son, age 21, entry 31
William, son, age 19, entry 32
Emmerson, son, age 16, entry 33
Pearl, dau., age 14, entry 34
George A, son, 9, entry 35
Harry, son, age 4, entry 36
My THINKING on this is that Tirza/Thursay/etc, married a Farris. At some point in time, maybe even a Hiram??? However, being called "Mrs. Farris" and there being a Hiram "around" at that time, married to a Hanselpacker, perhaps someone's research was not thorough enough and her husband, was, indeed, David, not Hiram??? Her claimed age in 1901, would also put her birth year 10 years later, which is something to consider, since with her family in 1871 Censu, she was listed as 18. However, since David was 47, her being 48 and the number not being transcribed or originally recorded correctly is but another factor to consider.
Further proof in NB Newspaper extraction, in the D.T. (Daily Times?) on 29 Dec-1874 is mentioned the marriage of Tirzah Hanselpacker and Hiram D. Ferris. Being married by the Rev. A. B. MacDonald (likely Alexander Black - the 2nd). Hiram was listed as "of Waterborough" and Tirzah as youngest dau. of Philip, and of Cambridge.

Am told that in Ancestral File, Hannah's date of death is the same as John's. Hannah is a direct line descendant of Robert Merritt (d. 1802 in Hampstead - UEL) whose line is proven back to 1608 in England.
Marriage recorded at Gagetown Anglican Church.
