[399] Found a Donald Mackay married to an Effie Morrison in Sydney, Cape Breton, but the date is listed as 1872, and no children with that source. However, if correct, Donald parents were Neil Mackay/McKay b.1808 and Sarah McKinnon b. 1808 in Isle of Rum, Scotland. However, it looks more like Donald Mackay and Effie MacKinnon (odd!) were Flora's parents. Though, this family "sports" not only a Flora, but a Flora Belle Mackay, who is listed as marrying a Mr. Pearson. I would rate the ancestry of Flora, listed here, as "unconfirmable".
