[1545] Apparently, whoever researched this line of the Norcross family, lists All Hallows as a place of birth, but I believe it was where the christenings might have taken place. With Adrean, there is mention of ALl Hallows on "Bread Street" in London.

Bishop of Wells.
Richard de Marcham, living in the time of Henry the Third, shared with the family of Roland de Sutton in right of his mother all the vast possessions of the Lexington family ; they being found the next heirs of the Bishop of Lincoln, who outlived his brothers. Richard de Marcham thus, besides other lands, held of the King in capite half a knight's fee and the culture and wood in Knesale, also in Stratham three cultures of John de Eyville. Richard de Marcham left three sons, Robert, who succeeded him, Richard, and William.

SERIOUS problems with this marriage. Have a marriage for Roger "Barten" and Margaret Ferris in Queens County book for 7-Dec-1837. Is this yet ANOTHER marriage for the Margaret of the earlier generation? Hard to consider a woman born 1835, marrying in 1837! Or, is birth date WAY off for this Margaret?
We also find a widow, Margaret Barton, living in Waterborough in 1861, aged 47 (b. @1814?)

[220] ANOTHER "Lillie Hanspiker", b. About 1903 and d. 8-Oct-1943 in McDuffe County, Georgia, USA. (Likely a part of the African-American family of same name). The "Ida May" may also be due to some confusion with Edwin Bartlett Handspiker's family. As he had an Ida May in his family, right around the same age. There is a note in Charlotte Vardy's Census transcription, showing "Ida May" in Thomas A.'s family, but indicating Lillian as the possible Ida May, and born closer to 1870, than 1867.
