Children of Gilbert and Fanny were:
Jacob, Charles, Gilbert, Wellington, Allen, Elizabeth, Ann, Annette, Phoebe and Adelaide.
In 1861 Census for Cambridge, Fanny is listed as Frances, which causes some concern with the other Gilbert Dykeman family. Here's how the family of Gilbert and "Frances"/Fanny lays out in 1861.
Gilber - 48, Farmer - Blind, Frances(Fanny) - 50, Jacob - 25 h/w - Allice - 20, Ann - 20, Charles - 18, Annetta - 14, Allan - 9, Adeline - 9, Gilbert - 6. "Next door" is "Gilbert Dykeman, Jr. and his wife Charity, ages 26 and 19, respectively. Obviously NOT a "Jr." to THIS Gilbert, as he has a 6 year-old by that name.

The eldest son of Johnson Y. Springer and Frances M.? Birth date info on this family also taken from 1901 Census for Sunbury & Queens District (NB), sub-district of Cambridge, page 6. In online transcription of 1901 Queens County census, it lists him as 63 years old... making his birth year estmiate 10 years off of other record(s). Listed in 1871 Census as William W. but in 1891 as William H. Perhaps a handwriting analysis error? In the Cambrige Parish census of 1891, an Elmira Farris is listed with William's family as a lodger, age 15. A nephew, Titus L. Springer, is listed with this family in 1901 Census, as being 8 years of age (b. 20-Dec-1882), obviously son of James, Charles or Frederick.
