Was made a freeman of the Massachusetts Colony on 14 May 1634 (Register , vol 3, pp. 90, 92.)
In 1639 he moved to Yarmouth on Cape Cod and was appointed as a Constable for the town of Yarmouth 5 Mar 1839. A carpenter by trade.
