The death of Pitman LEWIS occured in Freeport on Wed. last after an short illness at the age of 87 years. He leaves three sons ,Weldon and Ried in Saint John and Benny in the army, also a daughter Alva . Burial took place on Thur. afternoon from the Baptist Vestry . Rev. R.C. EATON conducted the service.
