From Peter Pike's pages:
He was a drummer boy in Myles Standish's Co., in 1645 which fought the Narraganset Indians. He was a large land owner in Yarmouth. The records of his children are found in the Quaker Records of Swansea Monthly Meetings. In 1681 most of his children went to the Town of Providence in the Rhode Island plantations. They all returned to MA in 1701. This family lived near Hering River on the East Side of Bass River in Yarmouth.

Resided in Moncton, NB in 1931. Appears in 1901 Westmoreland Census as "Isaack" (though listed in index as "Isaiah" it's more correctly Isaack on the printed page), thusly: "CM3-10-46 HAUSELPACKER, Isaiah, 40, Flora A." in the online index. Isaac, by only previous record seen, was supposedly born in 1847, and not 1860, which is listed in the Census. The first serial number, equates to the following information: Moncton City, Division 3, page 10, line 46.
Could there be two? One born in 1860 and the other in 1847/49? If so, the one married to Amelia E. Addison was born closer to 1848 than 1860. 1881 Census for Portland, St John, Canada (Ref: NAC C-13179 Dist 25 SubDist F Page 105 Family 537)
CONCERN: Was it Isaac who married Amelia Addison (this we KNOW to be fact) and Isaiah, or another Isaac who married Flora Garland? Or, as suspected, did Isaac merely marry twice? As for the age/birthyear controversy, either year of birth would still work with marriages and children, so, unitl more is known, will leave b.d. as 1847, with possibility of 1861.
MOST interesting is his lising as "Scotch" descent, in the 1901 Census. Could this Isaac actually not be a true, biological Hanselpacker? One who WAS originally a "Hauselpacker"? How is THAT Scottish??? Something to consider.

Though barely readable on the Census, it appears he worked for an oil company. ALMOST looks like "Robinson Junk Oil Co." Though the first word may also be his position in the company. VERY hard to read.
Perhaps his ancestry might be found through clues on his death certificate:
ISAAC N. HANSELPACKER, (M), 16 May 1938, WE, F19345 Vol. 116 #17077
In 1881 Census for St John, believe this Isaac appears as follows:
Isaac N. Hanselpacker, b. <1849> N.B.
