Most likely the "Charles Henselpecker" listed in the Biddeford, Maine Directory of 1890-91 as a shoemaker at, what appears to be 2 Water Street ("house r. 2 Water" is listed as location). He enlisted into the Union Army in 1864, in Maine, USA. VERY doubful this is the same Charles Hanselpacker, born around 1852 to David N. Hanselpacker. Question: Was this Charles son of a William Hanselpacker in the 1860 Census for Maine? Also, was James Harvey Hanselpacker related to Charles and/or William?

He's listed as age 72, wid, no country of birth, let alone county/province, arriving in US in 1855, and still listed as an "Alien". QUITE interesting!
