Children for Joshua and Martha:
William, Jacob, Phoebe Ann and Sarah.
It would seem this couple is listed as follows in 1861 Census for Cambridge Parish, though it COULD, I suppose, be a different couple.??
Joshua, aged 50, Martha, aged 52, Jacob H. Dykeman, aged 24. There is also a Matilda White, aged 13, listed as "servant."

[1387] A Sarah Jane Ferris, b. 1831, Deer Island, NB to William Ferris and mary Jane Bridges, died 22-Jun-1871 at Deer Island (no known marriage). That William Farris was born in Ireland in 1795, to John Farris, Senior and Sarah (Unknown), he died in 1872. Said William's offspring should not affect Queens County family data... I HOPE!

There are records indicating another Henry S. christened in this family on 29-Jul-1811. This is not impossible, the one born earlier may have died young, then, the one born 1814 was given same name? The other "possibility" is that 1811 is actually a birthdate and 1814 a christening date, though I tend to think its the first possibility. Date of death only suspected, until full article from Digby Courier is read. In Digby Courier obit, only the following line appeared on 18-Sep-1885:
"At Mount Pleasant on the 11inst., Henry Handspiker, aged----years"
1881 Canada Census - Digby, Digby County, Nova Scotia - records Henry & family as follows:

[685] In 1881 Census, listed as 55 and unmarried. Living with brother Benjamin. Not listed with him in 1891 Census, but, as a housekeeper for John Cossaboom. In 1871 Sandy Cove Census, she is also listed with a Cossaboom and is commented upon as "unable to r or w" (read or write). Her name in the 1871 Census of Sandy Cove, serving WILLIAM Cossaboom, and aged 48. The question becomes, WHEN was she married to McClary, and why, if she was, earlier in life, did she change her name back to Stark/Sturk? A most curious bit of family history.
