Augusta age 54 arrived US - 1871/Naturalized - 1874 b. Canada (based on age at time, and her listing with her parents in 1881 Census, in DIGBY, perhaps these dates should read 1891 and 1894?)
Ernest age 30 b. Mass. - Laborer - Fish Wharf
William G. age 23 b. Mass. - Cook - Hotel
Based on the Census information, the following are the "about" birthyears.
Nelson C. b. About 1858
Augusta b. About 1866
Ernest b. About 1890
William G. b. About 1897
Nelson and Augusta appear alone on 1930 Census, he age 75, she age 62, also in Gloucester, living at #39 Witham or Litham Street. He is listed as a laborer for the highway department. They are listed as ages 28 and 16 at time of marriage. Which leads me to believe they were married AROUND 1884. Also, in THIS Census, she arrived in US in 1900! I don't think THIS family did too well with dates!! THIS also leads to the possibility of marriage in Canada, prior to coming to the US. Oh JOY!
