This Jacob MAY be the "Jake" of the New Brunswick group, though that will surely require a bit of work to prove.
Also, considering date of birth, and no other spouse listed, there is some possibility that he may have gone to Germany to get married???? It's a SUPER long shot, but, also, not something to be taken lightly. This COULD be the Jacob, currently listed as Jacob Hanselbecker who married 21-Sep-1795, to Catherina Christina Schaefer in Mannheim, Baden, Germany.
