Not an easy family to figure out. Some say four of the boys were quadruplets. A bit unheard of in that time. Probably because (my guess) several died young? Also, why is one Gilman (Junior) and the other (II)? Given that 'II' lived to adulthood and married, but was born in 1772, it's hard to understand how a 'Junior' could have been born 'after 1774'.
