Carrie Henselbecker appears as a sort of "witness" on a Civil War Pension claim, though she was his wife, in the name of a Henry Henselbecker, as his "next friend and as a "minor". The filing dates were 17-Jul-1900 in Montana and 4-Sep-1923 in California. The birthdate given for the Carrie associated with Henry Henselbecker is 5-May-1894 (she died in Feb-1969 SSN 563-48-9545 - Santa Clara, CA).
In her California Death record, her mother's maiden name is listed as "Fuffstuck", though NO name is given for her father.
Since husband Henry died in 1921 in New Mexico, it may not be too much of a jump to assume the family moved from NM to CA between 1921 and 1923, when Carrie filed another pension claim, I'm assuming, as a widow, from CA.
She was living in San Jose, CA in 1953, when she applied for her SSAN. At the time, her residence is listed as 275 North 5th Street, San Jose, CA, while her place of employment is 265 North 5th, and name of employer is what LOOKS TO BE Adair F. Roberts, though the first name is quite difficult to read in her handwriting.
