TITUS, Arnold Melbourne - 81, Kentville, passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2004, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Freeport, Digby Co., he was a son of the late Gordon and Ethel (Lent) Titus. Arnold served overseas during the Second World War and then joined the Canadian Coast Guard where he worked until his retirement. He enjoyed ice fishing and nature, as well as his loving family and friends. A loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend, he will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Surviving are his loving wife of 58 years, Ina Delta (Johnson) Titus, Kentville; sons, Ronald (Angela Patterson) Titus, Glenmont; Stanley Titus, Kentville; daughter, Judith (Kenneth) Vantassel, Kentville; brother, Keith Titus, Freeport, Digby Co; sister, Norma (Murry) Outhouse, Freeport; four grandsons; two great-grandsons; two great-granddaughters. Besides his parents, Arnold was predeceased by brother, Kendall. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation by request. A memorial service will be held at a later date. He was born circa 1923 at
Freeport, Digby County, Nova Scotia, Canada. He was the son of
Gordon Isaac Titus and
Ethel Norma Lent. Arnold Melbourne Titus died on 30 June 2004 at
Kentville, Nova Scotia, Canada.
