Both Luanna (Lurana) and Franklin (B. F.) appear in 1850 US Census for New Hampshire, and both are single, and living in Manchester! Suspect they were married there, but need to get to Manchester and/or Concord to find marriage information for these two. If found, perhaps more info on Samuel and Maria?

Luanna probably died in Essex Co, MA, as listed there in 1900 with Jacob Vatter family. Though not found anywhere in 1910. She was born in June 1833 at Wilmot, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, USA. She was the daughter of Parker Scribner Rowe and Sarah Brown.
