It IS the same Wilfred, as he was born CT, father England, mother Maine. He is listed as a surgeon with the US Navy. Had he and Constance divorced? Or, were they married after 1930? That seems the only thing that would make sense. Hmmmmm.... Oddly, he'd been married, prior to Vivian, at age 28. She was 18 when she married Wilfred, which would have made him about 31, so Vivian was his 2nd marriage... was Constance 3rd? 4th? He was born in April 1891 at Connecticut, USA.
