In 1910 US Census for Manchester, Hillsborough Co, NH, a possibility...

No others offer close enough genealogical proximity to warrant attention in 1910 Census. This one arrived in 1905, is using the 'John' name, which was one of his English names, and is a 'singleton', which fits known information. The use of Turkey vs. Greece often proves interesting, especially for those from locations in Cyprus, or near Cyprus. Much depends on what the borders were when they were born. In fact, Metelin or Mutilènè is a Greek isle or a Greek town on the Isle of Lesbos. So, it can be referred to as being from Turkey for some, but the island is one of those that changed hands often enough, one brother could say Turkey, the other could say Greece, and still be FROM the same location.

Now, Kalone... very elusive, and MAY in fact be a minor community on the same island. Further digging gives us the following two areas on Lesbos - Kalloni and Mytilini or, Kalone and Metelin (per references made by Demetrios and Efstratios.
Also seen as Kaloni, Mutilènè, Mytilene, etc. 'Mitilini' is the capitol of Lesvos/Lesbos. Kaloni is home to the isle of Lesvos fishing fleet (sardines is the primary catch). Apparently, the most widely accepted spellings (at least in English-speaker's terms) are KALLONI and MYTILENE)

Safe to say, the Kastrinos that came to reside in Essex, MA, came from the isle of Lesbos (Lesvos)
