MacDoanld, James Rive r Station, became the bride of Byron Allison Hanselpacker of Harvey Station, New Brunswick. The ceremony was performed by Rev.C.G. Ward of Merigomish, in the presence of immediate relatives and friends of the contracting parties. The rooms were decorated with spring flowers. The wedding music was played by Mrs. Williams and Mrs. C.G. Ward was accompanist for her husband's solo. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She was attended by her cousin, Margaret MacLean of New Glasgow as bridesmaid. Later a wedding repast was served and the bride and groom left on a short motor trip through the province before going to Harvey Station where they will reside. The bride is well-known in New Glasgow, where she resided for some time with her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. John R. MacLean, Washington St., where she attended the local high school of which she is a graduate. The groom is also popular among a wide circle of friends both here and in New Brunswick.
