FREDERICK BURPEE HANSELPACKER (M), JOHN HANSELPACKER, SARAH BURPEE, 06 May 1892, SCOTCHTOWN, QU, F18782 #1892-H-21

Birthdate in 1901 Census is 5-May-1893.

The mention of a "Fred Hanselpacker" in the following excerpt from New Brunswick Regulation 85-6, is interesting. Though dated 1985, it may be referring to the property of THIS "Fred" or, possibly Frederick Eugene?

New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 - Municipalities Act - 28-Jan-1985

(Order Number 67(2))
67(2) The territorial limits of Village of Harvey are as follows:
That portion of the parish of Manners Sutton, in the County of York, beginning at the northeast corner of the property owned or previously owned by Maurice Lister on the western side of the main highway; thence westerly along the northern boundar y of the said Maurice Lister's property, two hundred rods, or 1005.840 metres; thence at right angles until it strikes the Harvey Lake Cove at a certain point; thence following the shore of the cove to the northern side of the cottage owned or pre viously owned by Marvin Smith; thence northeasterly across Lake Road to the northeastern side of the buildings owned or previously owned by Fred Hanselpacker; thence easterly to a point opposite the eastern side of the house owned or previously ow ned by Edwin Henry; thence southerly crossing the main highway and continuing in that direction till it strikes the Canadian Pacific Railway; thence southwesterly till it strikes a point opposite Maurice Lister's northern boundary one hundred an d fifty rods, or 754.380 metres, distant; thence westerly crossing the main highway to the place of beginning.

In the 1900 Census, "Fred" is listed as being 8 years of age, but born 05-May-1898. Since all other sources point to 06-May-1892, am leaving it as such. The 8 years of age is more accurate, in this case, than the year listed.
