Notes: aka Mary McBean. MAY be the Mary Arnold baptized as an adult at Trinity Anglican Church, Digby, on 20-Oct-1803.

Jocelyn shows Mary married to a Jas. (James) Smith. Need to look into this one.

IS this the Mary of record who was b. 15-Sep-1782 and christened 17-Oct-1782 n Trinity Parish Church in New York City?
I believe so. However, IF so, why would she then, AGAIN, have been christened in Digby as an adult in 1803? Were there two of this name in Digby area? One who married James Arnold, and another who married James Smith? Was she one woman who wa s christened twice? Did one woman marry twice to two Jameses? Some riddles to ponder and work on, to be sure.
