Notes: d (Rev.) was listed as Head, but single. Fit is not perfect, as 1901 Census for same town as 1881 census lists his date of birth as 16-Dec-1875, his father, Alfred's, listed as 27-May-1842.

1911 Census with wife and family show he WAS born in NS, and is of the same age, and is a minister, apparently working in St. Stephens or that is the name of his Presbyterian Church. The Presbyterian is fairly common, but is also a fit for his re ligion in 1881/1901 census records, so believe this IS the same Gordon, son of Alfred and Lillia.

Seems enough other researchers agree, this is all one and the same Dickie. Hence the children's names are fitting, as well.

Name: Gordon Dickie
SSN: 546-74-2149
Last Residence: 97401 Eugene, Lane, Oregon, United States of America
Born: 16 Dec 1875

Apparently, Gordon travelled a bit... born in NS, married in NB, son born NB, daughter in NF, then in the 1950s he was out in Vancouver area. His son, Alfred, was an Oxford Scholar (per Jan Toirkens).

Gordon was listed as officiating at a funeral in Vancouver area of British Columbia, Canada in February of 1923.
