Notes: Based on information from Hanselpacker Cemetery, my guess is that James married a Susan (Susan A. Clark), and MAY have had a son, Charles L. Clark (if age at death was 4, rather than 40, 1882-16-Oct-1886). Charles Samuel Clark has been liste d as son of William and Matilda, which might indicate the current marker IS incorrect, and should read "Died at 4 years old" rather than 40. However, that would also mean, all dates for Charles Samuel happened to coincide with Charles L.! A bi t UNlikely. For now, Charles L. is listed as son of William and Matilda, and will remain there until positive proof of age at death is found.

BELIEVE Susan's parents are Samuel Colwell (b. @1830) and Margaret ? (b. @1827), based on 1861 Canning Parish Census. Just need a bit more info, first.
