Notes: AKA Joost, Justus Sobieski Earle or "Judge" Sobieski Earle" (Believe the latter is merely a mistake, based on Justus vs. Justice). If 1825 year for probate of will is correct, perhaps death year is one year off? A Justus Earle had his will probated in 1825 at Waterborough. Earle family for Justus and some of his son John Edward's family, courtesy of Arnold Krause's records. Based on Gagetown Anglican records, it would appear that Justus had brothers or cousins named Edward, who was married to "Tyche/Tychi" and Henry , who was married to "Jerusia", and those couples also had children christened in the Anglican church in the 1790's. Though not found in other records, it would seem Justus and Ann had a SON Justus, christened at Gagetown Anglican on 16-Feb-1794. Further research to determine if this is a son already existing in this database.
