FYI, on the OTHERS side of Stephen & Charlotte is their son George, so it's not improbably Frank is the husband of Marguerite. Would be interesting to find out if Isaiah, b. 09-Apr-1864 is in anyway related!!! He's next to Marguerite.
In 1891, Census for Marshalltown, Frank listed as 20 years of age, a lumberman, married to "Maggie" also 20, with a one year-old son, Otis (no other children listed).
