Interesting to note, Frank was listed as Charles in 1901 Census transcription. Believe it's merely an error as the line before him was also Charles Vail, son of James Vail and Annie Brockway.

For WHATEVER reason, he was transcribed in 1901 as Charles (his brother's name), but extensive cross-referencing and searching indicate this could only be attributed to an enumerator error.
