Notes: MAY have died in childbirth with Fritz? After Susan died in 1906, Frank took off (he died in 1958 of liver cancer in Bridgetown, Nova Scotia).
I SERIOUSLY doubt any of James Fleet's children belonged to Susan. Though, becoming a mother at age 12, back in the 1880's may not have been SO unusual. She was only 15 years older than James Fleet's youngest, Emdon. I would suspect she marrie d a widower (James Fleet). Though, by the 1901 Census of Culloden, she's living with Leander and Carrie, with the three kids "in tow," and no James around (died? split?).
It may very well be that one or both of the Kehoe sons could have been born to an earlier wife of Frank's? Since we know Eve Ella was born in 1905, and Susan died in 1906, at only about 32 years of age, it would not be unlikely the "boys" were bo rn a bit earlier. However, based on Census data, it is likely safe to assume that Susan and Frank did not marry until after 1901.
