Aside from Charles married to Matilda and having son, Charles, born @1873, this does NOT seem to fit this family. I have had little to no success in tracing Charles & Co. in the 1881 Census.
Matilda likely died in the late 1880s, after or while daughter, Matilda was born. By 1891, Charles had remarried to Mary Eliza Handspiker, widow of Benjamin Chesley Stark, and Matilda's first cousin.
